Private Finance blog turning into a Private blog?
My dreams are well and truly on hold. Putting all my funds into OM Holdings is the biggest mistake I've made in the last 5 years. I should have sold it out instead of being stubborn. The company is run by an idiot. I suspect that the price will come back. However I don't have another 5 or 10 years to wait for the stupid management to make the right moves. I've gone back into the work force, it's a sales position. I am kind of doubting my abilities, but I think I may have gotten some leads, so I will pursue them until I get something done. The real estate market in China is on the mend, once it recovers, steel will recover, OM Holdings will likely recover as well. The company is extremely badly run, I was wearing rose colored glasses. They have repeatedly put off their plans, delays. The tailing retreatment plant took FIVE YEARS to install. The taxes wasn't done well. The refinancing wasn't done well. The excess electricity in their balance sheet is just sitting ...
